a) Booking a Capacity Audit
When you click to book a call, you are directed to Google Appointment Scheduling. Information you provide (name, email, any details you include) is collected and processed by Google on our behalf. We use this data solely to arrange and conduct the call with you.

b) Business development and cold outreach
We identify and contact potential clients through professional networking platforms, primarily LinkedIn. If we have contacted you, we believe our services may be relevant to your business. The data we hold is limited to your professional contact information sourced from publicly available professional profiles.

c) Direct contact
If you email us, we will collect your name, email address, and any information included in your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.

• Booking and enquiry data: retained for up to 2 years from last contact, or until you ask us to delete it.
• Cold outreach contacts: removed promptly upon request to stop contact.
• Client data (once engaged): retained in line with our contractual obligations and applicable law.
